At present, in order to achieve "carbon peak" and "carbon neutrality" as the goal, green environmental protection, efficient and intelligent assembly building station "tuyere", "factory building components, on-site house" has become the "mainstream" in the construction field of the new era ".
Haili entered the assembly industry from 2012, aiming at cultivating the assembly building industry chain, expanding from a single decoration service to a full-cycle and full-chain assembly supporting service industry such as scheme design, component manufacturing, green building material research and development and production, BIM digital platform construction, etc., setting up a one-stop scheme service platform for assembly decoration, integrating design, procurement, production, construction and other links, provide flexible customization services for the whole process from scheme design to project landing, and realize the whole process of digital collaboration and control.
At present, the eight major parts systems of Haili assembly include wall system, ceiling system, ground system, storage system, quick plug-in water and electricity system, intelligent system, Haili door and window system and assembly process customization. In the design stage, flexible design customization can be carried out according to personalized requirements such as project style, functional layout and space utilization, breaking the single application path of assembly in the middle and low-end fields and realizing application expansion in the fields of high-end hotels, residential buildings, etc.
At the same time, Haili has joined hands with the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the China Institute of Standardization, the China Institute of Building Standards Design and Research and other production and research institutions to set up platforms such as assembly research institutes and new materials laboratories. It has independently developed and produced various new assembly materials such as SPC, WPC floor wallboard, bamboo-wood fiberboard, PP overhead module, SI metal composite ceramic tile wall surface, thin porcelain insulation integrated board and so on, further enabling scientific, green and high quality assembly buildings.
For example, Haili fabricated wall system covers SI overhead wall process, quick-loading tiling wall process and mute partition process, which can be adapted to B1-A-grade WPC, SPC, inorganic composite wall panel and other wall panels to the maximum extent, and is matched with CHC double-cavity keel, which can meet the characteristics of high mute, super fire resistance and the like and realize multi-scene requirements;
The ceiling system applies integrated molding technology, which can use aluminum honeycomb, aluminum veneer, inorganic plate, three-dimensional aluminum plate and other types of Class A fireproof materials to make Class I and Class II ceiling, thus completely solving the problem that the ceiling cannot be fully dry-type construction and realizing fast scene installation.
In addition, with years of deep exploration, Haili has created a new ecology of intelligent decoration, forming a closed-loop industrial chain from "digital design-intelligent production-intelligent construction-digital delivery.
On the one hand, based on BIM technology-oriented, Haili independently developed the assembly cloud system, connecting the design, production, distribution, installation and other processes to realize the information management of the assembly life cycle.
On the other hand, Haili has a total of 16 self-owned holding factories, OEM factories, ODM factories, assembly logistics centers, etc., which can convert all information in the assembled cloud system into drawings, lists and codes required for production, and intelligently control the production progress and logistics distribution in combination with ERP system, NSRM system and MES system, so as to realize the whole process coordination of project demand and progress.
Through the combination of its own assembly-type interior standardized components and industrial parts, Haili has provided the overall solution of assembly-type interior parts for more than 100 construction projects.
