On May 28, sponsored by the Department of housing and urban rural development of Shandong Province, and undertaken by Qingdao housing and Urban Rural Development Bureau, Jiaozhou Municipal People's government and China Construction Eighth Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd., the on-site observation activity of intelligent construction of Shandong construction engineering was held in Qingdao.
On the afternoon of the 29th, Wang Runxiao, member of the party group and deputy director of the Department of Housing and Construction of Shandong Province, Yin Tao, secretary of the party committee of Shandong Urban Construction Vocational College, and a total of more than 280 people from the housing and construction departments of 16 prefectures and cities in the province, relevant industry associations, relevant leaders, relevant departments, and enterprises walked into the prefabricated decoration exhibition hall of Qingdao Haili Housing Technology Company for in-depth investigation and exchange.
During the investigation, the observation group visited Haili assembled toilet, kitchen, living room, public area, elevator car and other special exhibition areas in turn. Through immersive and multi-angle visits and experiences, they learned in detail about the construction of Haili BIM digital platform and the full-cycle and full-chain assembled one-stop solution.
With the proposal of the national "double carbon" strategic goal, green building and intelligent construction have become an important development trend. As a nationally recognized housing industrialization base and one of China's top 100 architectural decoration enterprises, Haili seizes the opportunity to promote digital and intelligent equipment innovation, technology upgrading and innovative practice, so as to further enhance the advantages of leading enterprises in the construction industry.
Through the integration of upstream and downstream industrial chain resources, Haili has built a one-stop service platform for assembled decoration through multiple links such as design, procurement, production and construction, covering eight system solutions such as wall system, ceiling system, ground system, storage system, quick plug-in water and electricity system, intelligent system, Haili door and window system, and assembled process customization.
Taking the scene of assembled toilet as an example, Haili uses 18MM thick calcium silicate board integrated bottom plate, ABS waterproof tray, etc. in the ground system through flexible customization service to reduce the risk of water seepage by 50%. The wall system can reduce the cost of new projects by 15% through efficient combination and rapid installation of double-cavity assembled partition keel and SPC wallboard.
At the same time, Haili independently developed new building materials and technological methods, and continuously iterated scientific, green and quality assembled residential interior products, expanding assembled supporting services to areas such as scheme design, part manufacturing, green building materials research and development and production, and BIM digital platform construction, enabling the industry to accelerate transformation and upgrading.
In the next step, Haili will focus on providing more high quality construction products, deeply integrate green buildings with digital technology, further promote the in-depth application of assembly-type full-cycle, continue to explore new paths and new models for high-quality development of intelligent construction, and create a sample benchmark for the sustainable development of the construction industry.
