Following the successful delivery of 351 high‑quality scenarios within 90 days in Phase I—earning deep customer recognition—Haili, leveraging its end‑to‑end solution capabilities, has once again secured the contract to build Phase II of the AI Live‑Streaming Center. Recently, Phase II was officially and successfully handed over.
The Phase II project is located in the T5 ultra‑Class A office tower of the Yuexiu International Finance Centre in Wuhan, with a total area exceeding 5,900 square meters. It spans two floors and comprises more than 80 studios of varying functions, along with supporting facilities.
Customers’ continued choice stands as the strongest testament to HaiLi’s delivery quality and service capabilities, further validating the market value of HaiLi’s core competitive advantage: “going beyond interior fit‑out to deliver intelligent, digital space solutions.” Underpinning this capability is HaiLi’s mature industrialized interior‑fit‑out system, which provides robust, replicable, and scalable production capacity to meet the explosive demand for livestreaming‑space construction in the years ahead.
A Leap in Positioning: From a Live-Streaming Venue to a “Content Innovation Space Station”
Haili adopted an integrated design-and-construction approach to complete the entire project within a construction period of less than 50 days. Each room features two to three distinct scenarios—ranging from home‑appliance–furniture integration to virtual production studios, and from green‑screen live‑streaming booths to large‑screen broadcast suites—demonstrating Haili’s unparalleled customization capabilities and meeting the diverse live‑streaming needs of all brands and product categories under the client’s umbrella. The studio‑space design encompasses more than 6,000 material types and over 10,000 decorative components, while Haili leverages digital bill‑of‑materials coding and itemized procurement to ensure zero‑error scheduling.
Traditional companies can only deliver “walls and floors,” whereas Haili provides a ready‑to‑use productivity platform. This project integrates more than ten specialized subsystems, including acoustic insulation, intelligent lighting, gigabit fiber‑optic networking, independent power capacity upgrades, fresh‑air ventilation and fire safety, semantic security, and access‑control management. As the general integrator, Haili conducts end‑to‑end system‑level integration from the design phase, ensuring seamless collaboration among all subsystems and unified operations and maintenance.
Technical Core: Spatial Depth Empowers the Live Streaming Experience
In a meticulously designed space, the live‑streaming experience reaches a new level. Unlike the cramped, compartmentalized layouts of traditional studios, each studio is built around immersive, scenario‑based setups; some even feature 3 to 13 distinct environments that can be seamlessly switched to suit the needs of the broadcast.
In just one year, the center has expanded from a team of little more than a dozen to over 1,000 employees, and with the completion of its second phase, it will grow to more than 1,500. It has jointly established practical training bases with 12 universities, including Jianghan University and Wuhan Textile University, reaching 2,400 graduates annually and becoming an “incubator” for digital‑economy talent in Jianghan District. By 2025, the center achieved the remarkable milestone of surpassing RMB 100 million in total sales within seven days.
Strategic Value: A Benchmark for New-Generation Productivity in Government–Enterprise Collaboration
In March 2026, Li Dianxun, Deputy Secretary of the Hubei Provincial Party Committee and Governor of Hubei Province, emphasized during an inspection of the center: “Enterprise‑driven, market‑oriented, and professionally focused.” He called for coordinated efforts between government and enterprises to optimize supporting services, enhance the industrial ecosystem, and develop more high‑level venture capital–focused incubation buildings. HaiLi’s high‑quality project delivery has provided tangible support for this strategic vision.
For this very reason, the AI Live‑Streaming Center has been recognized as a benchmark for new‑type productivity—both an affirmation of the center’s operational achievements and an industry‑wide validation of HaiLi’s integrated “space + intelligence” delivery capabilities.
Taking this as a benchmark, Haili has developed the full capability to rapidly replicate and custom‑build next‑generation livestreaming studios for a broader range of enterprises. From initial needs alignment to design and construction, and from smart system integration to on‑air operation support, Haili offers a one‑stop, turnkey solution.
