Another major order worth RMB 130 million has been secured! HaiLi Magnesium Alloy is further strengthening its position in the core supply chain for new-energy vehicles.

Recently, Haili Magnesium Alloy successfully received a formal designation notice from a leading domestic component manufacturer for the development of a new product. The company will design and supply structural components, including transmission housings for new-energy vehicles, with the end customer being a well-known domestic OEM of new-energy vehicles.

According to the customer’s plan, the project is expected to commence mass production in 2026, with total sales of approximately RMB 130 million over the next five years. In compliance with the project requirements, the company will rigorously follow the new‑project development process, completing all stages—including product design, testing and validation, process development, and mass‑production preparation—to ensure timely transition to mass production.

The company has secured designated‑supplier status for structural components of two‑wheel electric vehicles from a leading domestic EV brand. The total value of these two designations amounts to approximately RMB 250 million, underscoring the company’s ongoing expansion of its core component portfolio in the mobility sector and the concurrent enhancement of its supply‑chain collaboration tiers.

Haili Magnesium Alloy focuses on the R&D of high-performance magnesium-based new materials and precision die‑casting manufacturing. Its products are centered on automotive lightweighting, covering seat structural components, HUD brackets, instrument panel crossmembers, backrest brackets, structural parts for new‑energy vehicle three‑electric systems, and crash‑safety system components, and have already been integrated into the supply chains of mainstream domestic automakers in volume. Building on this foundation, the company is accelerating the expansion of its applications to emerging areas such as China’s new‑standard electric vehicles, 5G communication equipment, and medical devices, while actively exploring lightweighting solutions for cutting‑edge fields like the low‑altitude economy and humanoid robotics.

The company has established a comprehensive manufacturing system that encompasses material development, mold design, die casting, precision machining, and surface treatment. Equipped with fully automated die‑casting cells ranging from 550 to 3,000 tons and a digital quality‑control system, it can reliably support the mass production of complex, thin‑walled automotive components as well as high‑strength structural parts. Amid industry trends toward “aluminum‑to‑magnesium” substitution and the transition from conventional casting to high‑pressure vacuum die casting, the company has amassed extensive technical expertise and manufacturing experience, thereby building robust, stable mass‑production capabilities.

Leveraging the HaiLi–Nobel Prize‑winning New Materials Laboratory, provincial and municipal R&D centers, and technology‑transfer platforms, the company continues to innovate in high‑performance magnesium alloy materials, advanced forming technologies for complex structural components, and vacuum die‑casting processes. By optimizing alloy systems, process windows, and product designs, it has steadily enhanced the strength consistency, toughness, and dimensional stability of lightweight structural parts, providing industry customers with products that deliver superior performance and greater reliability.

In recent years, as the trend toward lightweighting in new‑energy vehicles has accelerated, the company has continuously expanded its product portfolio, steadily bolstered its project pipeline, and brought multiple new projects into mass production. The successful award of this latest contract has further strengthened the company’s order backlog, optimizing its product mix and enhancing its market competitiveness. At the same time, it underscores that the company’s comprehensive capabilities in innovation, R&D, and manufacturing have been recognized by the project client, driving the company’s continued strategic expansion within the passenger‑car and new‑energy vehicle value chains.

Looking ahead, the demand for lightweighting and green manufacturing across multiple industries continues to grow. HaiLi Magnesium Alloy will further deepen innovation in materials and processes, accelerate the development of new products and entry into new markets, and deliver high‑performance, highly reliable lightweight solutions for sectors such as new‑energy vehicles, two‑wheel electric vehicles, humanoid robots, and the low‑altitude economy. We also welcome more partners to join us in advancing together and co‑creating a new era of green, low‑carbon materials.
