In the first quarter of 2024, Haili's energy-saving industry signed a contract and exceeded its income target. It successively won the bid for several large-scale door and window curtain wall projects, such as Haichen Park's Future Science and Technology Curtain Wall Project, Shijiazhuang Poly and Song Project, Bozhou Green City Guiyu Tinglan Project Extension Area Energy-saving Door and Window Project, and Guiyang Zhongjiao Taoyuan Town Project Phase II Energy-saving Door and Window Project.
In addition to the large increase in the number of orders, the order structure of Haili Energy Conservation is also changing. High-tech, high-value-added green and low-energy products are outstanding-relying on innovation, the proportion of orders for Haili Energy Conservation's green energy-saving products in the first quarter has increased significantly. The energy-saving industry has moved from "quantitative change" to "qualitative change".

In recent years, in response to the urgent needs of green and low-carbon transformation, Haili has devoted itself to increasing technological innovation and research, producing and researching Haili system doors and windows, passive doors and windows, BIPV curtain walls, building a full matrix passive doors and windows research and development, production and wholesale base, and preparing to build a door and window testing laboratory.
To enhance energy-saving properties and reduce the thermal conductivity of doors and windows, Haili doors and windows will focus on insulation materials and insulation structures. In terms of sealing technology, three sealing structures are designed. The first two channels constitute a watertight cavity and an airtight cavity to enhance the heat preservation and heat insulation effect. The third channel effectively prevents a large amount of wind and dust from entering the cavity. At the production end, Haili pays close attention to the production efficiency. At present, the factory has upgraded the ERP system to include all the links of independent research and development, design, production, installation, storage, logistics and service. It adopts the whole process digital information management technology to realize the whole process intelligent information visual control, which can achieve a daily production of 1000 ㎡ and a delivery rate of 100 in the first quarter.
In terms of the whole process control of quality inspection, Haili has formulated 11 types of evaluation standards and 13 dimensional inspection items for doors, windows and curtain walls for construction inspection. Strictly implement the principle of "one project, two inspections". Project self-inspection will be fully covered every month and platform inspection will be fully covered by 100. For inspection problems, the closed-loop rate of sales items should reach 100.
