On May 17, Shaohaihui and China West China Engineering Design and Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "China West China Design") signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Qingdao You-live Smart Home Industrial Park.
Deputy General Manager of China Huaxi Design, Cheng Yun, Deputy General Manager Zhou Kaike, Management Manager Liu Xin, Director of Brand and Public Relations Center Shen Hao, and Yang Tienan, Founding Partner of Shaohaihui and General Manager of Strategic Major Customers, attended the signing ceremony. Li Wenquan, General Manager of China West China Design Qingdao Branch, and Zhao Guofeng, Director of Shaohaihui Strategic Key Account, signed the contract on behalf of both parties.
According to the agreement, the two parties reached a consensus to carry out multi-level, multi-field, and all-round cooperation in the fields of comprehensive urban development and construction and industrial park development and construction through the establishment of close cooperative relations and information communication mechanisms. Through strategic cooperation, we will firmly grasp opportunities in the EPC field, urban renewal, and the construction of beautiful villages, actively create high-quality projects, establish technical and resource ties, and explore and create livable urban space. In this cooperation, Haili, a core enterprise of Shaohaihui, took the lead in co-creating with China Huaxi Design in the fields of ToB end decoration, door and window curtain wall, cabinet storage and indoor door, integral bathroom, furniture soft decoration, external wall insulation, etc.
China West China Engineering Design and Construction Co., Ltd. was established in 1987. Its predecessor was China West China Engineering Design and Construction Corporation (Group). It is jointly composed of 22 central, provincial and municipal design institutes including Sichuan and Chongqing. It was approved by the State Planning Commission in 1987. The first batch of pilot units for the reform of the survey and design industry system established, and the first batch of mixed large enterprises approved by the State Council.
At present, China West China Design has held a large number of qualification certificates such as Grade A in engineering design, urban and rural planning, Grade A in municipal industry, Grade A in highway industry, and Grade A in construction industry (construction engineering). More than 400 projects have won ministerial, provincial and municipal engineering Survey and design, consulting, supervision quality awards, has become one of the top 100 engineering survey and design consulting enterprises in the country.
