On May 17, Shaohaihui and China West China Engineering Design and Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "China West China Design") signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Qingdao You-live Smart Home Industrial Park.

In this cooperation, Haili, a core enterprise of Shaohaihui, took the lead in co-creating with China Huaxi Design in the fields of ToB end decoration, door and window curtain wall, cabinet storage and indoor door, integral bathroom, furniture soft decoration, external wall insulation, etc.
China West China Engineering Design and Construction Co., Ltd. was established in 1987. Its predecessor was China West China Engineering Design and Construction Corporation (Group). It is jointly composed of 22 central, provincial and municipal design institutes including Sichuan and Chongqing. It was approved by the State Planning Commission in 1987. The first batch of pilot units for the reform of the survey and design industry system established, and the first batch of mixed large enterprises approved by the State Council.
At present, China West China Design has held a large number of qualification certificates such as Grade A in engineering design, urban and rural planning, Grade A in municipal industry, Grade A in highway industry, and Grade A in construction industry (construction engineering).
