Haili's participation in the project was selected as a typical case of "national brand" urban renewal.


Recently, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development issued a list of typical urban renewal cases (the first batch). The Hefei Garden Expo Park project undertaken by Haili in Anhui Province has outstanding performance in the field of urban ecological restoration and has been recognized by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development.

This batch of lists released a total of 28 typical cases of urban renewal, aiming to play the exemplary role of typical cases and actively promote the exploration and classification of various regions to promote the implementation of urban renewal actions.

Hefei Garden Expo Park is an urban park converted from Luogang Airport, covering an area of about 323 hectares. It was put into use as the main venue of the 14th China (Hefei) International Garden Expo.

In the process of project construction, through landscape and terrain remodeling, sponge city construction, existing building renewal and other ways, adhere to the "people's garden Expo", with the old "Huan" new, science and technology leading the theme, to create a green and shared urban living space.

The renovation of existing buildings is not a simple "change of old appearance". Haili fully considers the livelihood significance and quality requirements of the project, adopts new materials and new technologies for high-quality renovation, and the landing green building enables urban renewal.

For the roof reconstruction project of the buildings in the park, Haili adopts light, high-strength, corrosion-resistant, green and environmentally friendly titanium-zinc sheet metal plates. On the basis of the old buildings, Haili repairs the roof ecology of the buildings through characteristic protection and organic renewal to create low-carbon, environmentally friendly and sustainable green buildings.

At the same time, Haili adopts the method of "keeping the main building, changing, demolishing and moving the building as a supplement" to update the building, insisting that the land boundary remains unchanged, the layout and scale texture of streets and lanes remain unchanged, the combination pattern and characteristics of the courtyard remain unchanged, and the earthwork is not transported out, so as to retain and protect the existing buildings to the greatest extent and create a model of urban renewal.

Driven by the strategic goal of "double carbon", Haili, through integration and innovation, accelerates the creation of a "green technology scene scheme leading platform", lays out the outer envelope structure of green buildings and the field of new materials, and promotes the city's energy level.

In the field of green building envelope structure, Haili, through the deep integration of BIPV technology and building, applies BIPV photovoltaic building integration technology for the twin building project of China Construction International Qingbei Gaoke Park, and realizes efficient energy storage, energy saving and emission reduction through photovoltaic power generation, thus adding value to the project.

In the field of upstream new materials, Haili has three major research and development institutions: assembly research institute, design research institute and new materials laboratory, layout titanium zinc plate, aluminum magnesium manganese plate, carbon mineral fiber board, carbon fiber and other new materials, independent research and development of building full-scene high-end, high-performance materials.

Based on years of development experience, Haili has launched many urban renewal projects in Xi'an, Changsha, Wuhan, Qingdao, Hangzhou and other places, and continues to help buildings reduce carbon emissions and make buildings greener and greener.
