Recently, the China Building Decoration Industry High-quality Development Forum and the third Council of the China Building Decoration Association and the fourth standing Council of the Ninth session were held in Wuhan. Haili, as the standing director unit of the China Decoration Association, was invited to attend the conference.
The conference specially invited relevant departments and bureaus of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and relevant experts to analyze and interpret economic development trends and construction industry reform policies, reviewed and approved relevant reports and proposals, and released industry comprehensive data statistics.
The purpose of this conference is to encourage industry enterprises to accelerate the transformation of "digitalization, informatization, intelligence, and greening", adhere to innovation-driven, improve the quality of decoration results, enhance development resilience, and make new contributions to the high-quality development of the architectural decoration industry.
As the executive director unit of China Building Decoration Association, Haili has actively implemented the national "double carbon" strategy in recent years, focusing on the whole industrial chain of green assembled internal and external installation, giving full play to its EPC general contractor and BIM technology advantages, establishing industrial businesses covering system doors and windows, energy-saving curtain walls, exterior walls, green new materials, intelligent sanitary ware, lightweight automobiles, soft furniture and other industries, and accelerating the creation of a leading platform for green technology scene scheme.
In the first batch of China Construction Engineering Decoration Award 2023-2024 recently announced by the China Decoration Association, the "Haier Internet of Things Global Innovation Center Project (Phase I) Central Research Institute Hardcover Project" constructed by Haili made the list.
In the project, Haili relies on the precipitation of many years of assembly-type technology empowerment, the use of digital, information system in advance to set 56 sub-implementation nodes and quality standards, the strict construction standards throughout the whole process, showing high quality urban buildings.
In the field of BIM technology application, Haili has established an intelligent assembled home product engineering research center to tackle key problems around BIM artificial intelligence information technology, providing important technical and equipment support for the planning, design, construction, operation and maintenance of the whole life cycle of the project.
In addition, Haili has developed a green building track, built a number of green and low-carbon projects such as Hangzhou Convention and Exhibition Center, Hefei Garden Expo Park and Qingdao Qingbei High-tech Park, and developed and upgraded new technologies, new materials and new processes such as green, energy-saving and environmental protection by improving industrial systems such as new materials, doors, windows and curtain walls to enable green buildings to land.
