Recently, the China Building Decoration Association announced the first batch of China Building Engineering Decoration Award 2023-2024, and the hardcover project of the Central Research Institute of Haier Internet of Things Global Innovation Center Project (Phase I) built by Haili was on the list.
The China Construction Engineering Decoration Award is approved by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and sponsored by the China Building Decoration Association. Haier Internet of Things Global Innovation Center Project (Phase I) Academia Sinica is one of the major projects in Shandong Province and an important carrier for Qingdao to build an industrial Internet capital. In the project, Haili relies on the seiko system and assembly technology empowerment that has been precipitated for many years, and the strict construction standards run through the whole process, presenting high quality urban buildings.
At the beginning of the construction of the project, the Haili team carried out deployment and calculation of the progress of multi-nodes on the site, and used the information system to set up 56 subdivision execution nodes and quality standards in advance, automatically reminding, monitoring and feeding back all links, and finely controlling the whole process.
On top of the established quality standards, Haili innovates the use of a number of assembly-type technologies to add value to the project.
Taking the partition wall system and overhead ground system in the project as an example, the partition wall system is equipped with a mute integrated wall with a separate double cavity structure. There is no need to slot and lay pipelines in the cavity, and an anti-channeling sound mute board is built in the middle, which can reduce noise and make the indoor environment quieter. In addition, the flexible structure of the wall can be seismic buffer, significantly reduce the building load.


Compared with similar products on the market, the overhead ground system independently developed by Haili has the characteristics of good quality, strong anti-aging, cushioning and shock absorption, which can further avoid mutual interference between floors.
Through the application of mature and advanced assembly technology, Haili makes the relevant parts and components prefabricated in the factory in advance, and realizes modular decoration of some processes on site, which greatly reduces the labor cost, construction cycle and pollution degree on site, thus realizing the maximization of project benefits.
