Focusing on the industrial application goal of high-performance magnesium-based new materials in the automotive industry, Haili new materials have conquered the preparation technology of high-strength and tough magnesium alloys, high-strength plastic flame-retardant magnesium alloys and magnesium alloys with superplastic properties, and have made breakthroughs in product development and application production.
In addition, in the field of integrated die casting process, Haili new materials is equipped with more than 60 sets of advanced equipment, layout 1000T-3000T and other large tonnage die casting production lines to meet the market demand for efficient, safe and reliable new energy vehicles.
For example, the traditional manufacturing process of automobiles mainly includes four links: stamping, welding, painting, and final assembly. Through the innovation of integrated die-casting technology, body parts can be die-cast at one time, and the precision of machined products can be controlled at 0.015mm. Effectively reduce material and labor costs, improve efficiency, and increase manufacturing scale.
