Recently, a number of large-scale integrated die-casting parts such as integrated die-casting anti-collision beams and battery pack shells of hybrid models produced by Haili new materials die-casting have successfully passed the stringent requirements of mold test and small batch verification. The performance and stability of relevant products meet the standards and enter the stage of mass production and delivery.
Large die castings have long filling strokes, large thickness differences, and scattered important positions. In production, they have high requirements for materials, equipment, and processes, and often require hundreds or dozens of parts to be assembled.
Haili New Materials is equipped with 1000-3000T large-scale vacuum full-automatic die-casting production line and complete supporting facilities and equipment, high-precision machining center and precision quality inspection equipment, which can reduce the use of parts, reduce assembly costs, and further improve production efficiency and product quality in the integrated die-casting process.
Since it was put into production in 2023, Haili's new materials have taken full swing, providing one-stop solutions such as technical pre-research, sample development, product design, process development and verification, etc. It has successively signed a number of die-casting orders for new energy vehicles. The magnesium and aluminum alloy high-pressure die-casting lightweight products produced are supplied to head car companies such as Beiqi Futian and BYD, with a single order amount of over 10 million.
Previously, the two motor housings of Foton Motor needed to be modified in the design of the motor housing based on the demand for lightweight vehicles. Haili New Materials actively collaborated to change the design of more than 100 places, successfully completed the design upgrade of the integrated die-casting of two motor housings, and mass production and application of new accessories.
In addition to "galloping all the way" in new energy vehicles, Haili New Materials seizes development opportunities and applies lightweight products to 5G communications, aerospace, electronic 3C, home building materials and other fields.
For example, Haili New Materials has mass-produced 5G communication base station boxes, monitor housings, etc., and has become a high-quality supplier of monitor housings for a well-known video terminal enterprise in China.
